Processing & Delivery

Digital Products: For digital downloads, your files will be available instantly or sent directly to your email once the payment is confirmed. No physical shipping is required.

Physical Products: The following shipping policy applies only to our physical/printed products. Because our items are made-on-demand specifically for you, it takes a little time to prepare your order before it ships out.

Order Fulfillment (Processing Time)

Fulfillment time is the time it takes for us to create and prepare your custom product.

  • On average, order fulfillment takes 2–5 business days.
  • We work quickly! Over 97% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days, and more than 50% ship within 3 business days or fewer.
  • Please note: Fulfillment time is an estimate, not a guarantee. Large orders or temporary out-of-stock issues may cause slight delays, but we will still aim to fulfill them as quickly as possible. Fulfillment time does not include shipping time.

Estimated Delivery Time (EDT)

To find out when your order will arrive, we calculate the Estimated Delivery Time using this simple formula:

Estimated Fulfillment Time + Estimated Shipping Time = Estimated Delivery Time (EDT)

Shipping times depend on your specific location and the shipping method available for your region. Once your order is fulfilled and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a notification with shipping updates.

Potential Delays

While we always aim to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays can happen that are outside of our control. Common reasons for a delayed delivery include:

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or illegible shipping addresses.
  • Carrier shipping delays due to missed delivery attempts, bad weather, or unexpected network disruptions.
  • Holds on the order due to unexpected stock limitations.

What to Do If Your Order is Late

If your Estimated Delivery Time has passed and your order hasn’t arrived, don’t worry!

  • We kindly ask that you wait an additional 5 business days, as occasional carrier delays can happen.
  • If your package still hasn’t arrived after this grace period, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and make sure you are taken care of!
