Replacement & Refund Guide
Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure you have a great shopping experience. Please note that the return policy below applies only to physical/printed products. Since our physical products are made-on-demand specifically for you when you place an order, please read the following terms carefully.
Important: All sales of digital products (digital downloads) are final. We do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or refunds for digital items under any circumstances.
Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items
Quality is our priority. If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective due to a manufacturing error, we take full responsibility and will offer a free replacement or a refund.
- Important Note on Replacements: Replacements will only be issued for the exact same product, design, and size originally ordered. A damaged or defective item cannot be exchanged for a different product, size, color, or design.
- How to claim: You must contact us and submit a problem report with clear photos showing the issue.
- Deadline: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. You do not need to return the damaged physical item to us.
Packages Lost in Transit
If your order is taking longer than expected and has passed the estimated delivery date, it might be lost in transit.
- How to claim: All claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
- Resolution: If the tracking confirms the package is lost, we will cover the costs of sending a replacement order to you.
- Note: If the tracking information states that the package was “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office. We do not cover refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Wrong Address & Unclaimed Packages
We process shipments based on the address provided during checkout.
- Wrong Address: If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient or incorrect by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility.
- Unclaimed Packages: Shipments that go unclaimed at the local post office or pick-up point will also be returned to our facility.
- Resolution: In both cases, you will be liable for the reshipment costs to the updated or correct address. If the returned package is not claimed and reshipment costs are not settled within 14 days, the items will be donated to charity and no refund will be issued.
Buyer’s Remorse & Size Exchanges
Because all of our physical products are made-on-demand just for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you:
- Change your mind about the purchase (buyer’s remorse).
- Order the wrong size, color, or design.
We highly recommend carefully reviewing the size charts and product descriptions available on our store before completing your purchase to ensure the perfect fit.
Regional Consumer Law Exceptions
- Customers in Brazil: Under the “right to regret” policy, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 7 consecutive days of receiving it. You must contact our customer service to express your intent to return and provide a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed. If the product has been used, a refund will not be possible.
- Customers in the EU: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
