This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Because our items are made to order immediately after purchase, we generally cannot accept cancellations. Please double-check your order details before confirming payment.

All our shipping methods have tracking. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

While we work hard to meet delivery estimates, delays can occur due to high order volumes or carrier issues.

• If your tracking shows no movement, please allow a few extra days.

• If it has been significantly delayed, please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date so we can assist you.

If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will cover the cost of a replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Note: We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer.

Because our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. All sales are final.

We’re sorry about that! If your item arrived damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong design, we will send a free replacement.

• How to claim: Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

• Required: Send us a detailed description and clear photos of the issue.

If the carrier cannot deliver the item due to a wrong address, it will be returned to our facility.

• We can reship the order to you once we confirm the correct address.

• Please note: You will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

We do not offer size exchanges. Since every item is printed specifically for you, we cannot simply swap it for another. Please check our size guides carefully before ordering.
